S.T.A.R. Puppy
The American Kennel Club designed the S.T.A.R. Puppy Program for puppies under one year of age as preparation for the CGC. S.T.A.R. puppies will 'graduate' the final night of training after passing a test conducted by an AKC certified Evaluator.​

AKC Fit Dog - Level One
Our Canine Partners recognize similar health benefits and wellness benefits when engaging in a fitness plan as we humans do. Some of these benefits are increased strength, cardiovascular health, flexibility, balance, and coordination. These benefits also result in reduced risk of injury for canine athletes. We know that increased metal and physical stimulation also helps with behavior wellness. Fitness programs can reduce boredom, increase confidence and help eliminate problem behaviors.
The AKC Fitness Level One course is designed to teach foundational skills for a fitness program. It is important to note that this course does not address any physical therapy or rehabilitation cases. This course is for healthy dogs. Puppies and obese dogs must be evaluated for participation.
This is a six week course which helps the owner have a better perspective on Canine Fitness.
